Days After His Wife’s Death, CAC Pastor Abiara Hospitalised

Right days after his wife Christiana died, the General Evangelist, Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide, Prophet Elijah Abiara, has been hospitalised after suffering ill health.

The popular pastor was rushed to the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan at about 1:30 pm on Sunday. He was immediately placed on admission by doctors after examination.


Abiara braved the loss of his wife during a condolence visit by Oyo State Deputy Governor, Moses Adeyemo, last week. He gave Adeyemo and his team a warm welcome.

But a source said Prophet Abiara was weak on arrival at the hospital yesterday.

The doctors are said to be taking good care of him.
