We Are Getting Married Soon... I just discovered my man has Low Sperm Count

A Nigerian lady said she her husband-to-be just told her the truth about his "action point":

I am planning my wedding with the love of my life. Sadly, he just made it known to me that he has low sperm issue and as such there are no guarantee that he would be able to father a child. 

Sincerely I don't know if I should go ahead with the wedding anymore...I don't know what to do.
